
Achieving Performance with Physical Wellbeing
I will share here how I take care of my physical well-being. Please note that I am not a dietitian or medical practitioner. I am simply sharing what has worked for me.
As Lord Kelvin well pointed out, physically speaking: “If you can not measure it, you can not improve it.”. This is also a key principle of Lean and 6 Sigma that I use frequently.
To measure my key physical performance, I use Whoop, a "health and fitness wearable that adapts to you.
